Today marks the first day of our #AppInAWeek project for Hill City Ventures. Whereas typical software applications can take months to develop, we are building a robust sales tool application in just days. 

The best part about this week? Our client, Hill City Ventures, a brand new sales and marketing startup in Lynchburg, Virginia, has graciously housed our team in a mansion on Smith Mountain Lake. Yes, you read that right; a massive lakeside mansion!

A Silicon Valley tech startup probably would employ 20-somethings dressed in casual attire, working in sparse urban lofts with exposed brick, hardwood floors and plenty of computer equipment. But that also can be found at 1023 Commerce St. in downtown Lynchburg.
